Abstract: The viscosity of organic compounds is an important transfer property and one of the basic thermodynamic properties required in the calculation of hydro-machines, heat transfer, mass transfer, and in methods for analysing, calculating, and sizing chemical processes. Consequently, due to the importance of reliable information on the viscosity data of organic compounds, many researchers have worked on this property. The literature on the viscosity of organic compounds is therefore quite extensive. Numerous attempts have been made to develop models for estimating viscosity as a function of temperature, pressure, and molecular structure.
